Navigating Life's Transitions: 6- week group
This 6 week in-person closed group starts in September 2026. This is for Adults who are transitioning in careers, relationships or life in general. We will meet for 6 weeks. 6-week interactive, low-key closed group will assist Teens in building social skills and confidence. This group will begin in October 2026. Details will be posted in August. Trusting my intuition - 90 minutes
This is a 2 session 90 minute workshop that guides you in building skills to trust your intuition. This group will be on 2 consecutive Saturdays this fall. Cost is $90 per session.
